This blog has moved, to http://www.blueskystudio.co.uk, where you will find the new TypePad version of my blog, complete with a growing body of images, as I upload my portfolios. Please come and visit, as the site is developing constantly, and will eventually network with other sites and projects that I am working on. Thanks for visiting, hope to hear from you soon.

Yesterday should have been about surf and fun in Newquay, but ended abrupty, when the exhaust blew off my v-dub! Hope to get a new one stuck on today, so we can back to that Cornish lifestyle thing that so many of you dream of... It was certainly my dream, and I made it happen. People say I always land on my feet, but if that's true, it's only because I make sure I fall feet down, ready. I have to say, living in St. Ives [or any part of West Cornwall] is my idea of heaven. The colour of the sea never ceases to amaze me, even on cloudy and rainy days. I spend most days jaw to the floor in awe of the place. As a creative, I couldn't wish for more. I call St. Ives my open-air art school - I don't need another one [been there, done that]. Off to work on a website I'm building for a personal trainer friend, for her business Running Wild, if you're a woman, and interested in running [especially if you live in Cornwall]. Hope to get back with some more creative work later today, and hopefully also to put some more images online, here, or on blueskystudio.typepad.com if the exhaust fit doesn't take all day, that is. If you're looking for some interesting online story entertainment, with graphics by illustration guru [and more] Dave McKean, check out an earlier piece of his html work - Club Salsa on Chris Miller's illustration site.

Day three... Been very busy learning all I can about blogging, and loving it all the more for what I find. I've now set up a TypePad Pro blog to play around with so watch this space too. To those who posted comments yesterday, thanks for all the encouragement, hope I won't dissapoint you all! I reckon I've made more friends in one day blogging, than I have had in years. Guess I was born to communicate. Figure Apple are going to do well out of this, as I already reckon I need an iBook, a new iMac, cordless keyboard, and DEFINITELY a keyboard skin to silence my keyboard when I'm up late [and early] working on my blog, so I don't keep waking up the rest of the household! Oh, and then there's moblogging... Off to Newquay today for a bit of beach fun, so won't make much progress on my new blog skill development until later. There's a learning curve of fun ahead of me, working out just how far this medium will take me. More fun ahead, I'm sure...

So the blogging continues... This all started because I was inspired enough by this guy's website to spend the whole of Saturday reading his entire weblog since 2002. You could describe this as either - a) sad, or b) driven. It is definitely the second, after all , I wouldn't have a weblog now if it wasn't for his inspiration and links to blogger.com. I have high hopes for this, as and artist, I figure there to be great creative potential in blogging. I reckon I may even end up with a few blogs, connected to various projects, but for today I am satisfied to begin the experiment.
